Samsung French Door Fridge Freezer Not Cooling

My samsung refrigerator is not cooling but my freezer is ok 01 the evaporator coils are frosted over the defrost heater assembly turns on a few times throughout the day to melt away any frost that may have accumulated on the evaporator coils.

Try opening the freezer or fridge door and see if it closes on its own.

The door gasket attaches to the refrigerator or freezer door panel and prevents air from entering or escaping the cabinet when the door is shut. Or if your fridge or freezer is not cooling enough you may need more clearance space and to leave the doors shut. The evaporator coils are frosted over. If not this could be the cause of the frost.
